As the 2010 Winter Olympics continue on, we look back at the tragic loss of the Georgian athlete Nodar Kumaritashvili, who died during a practice run on the luge. There is talk that his family might file a lawsuit against the International Olympic Committee for not providing a safe track for the athletes.
